Treatment Approach

My goal is not just to help people feel better in the moment, but to support individuals in making tangible shifts that align with their values and goals. My treatment approach is collaborative, warm, and grounded in evidence-based care. I work with my clients to teach them how to reduce and manage their symptoms in ways that make sense to them given their own unique personal and cultural background. Drawing most heavily from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) our sessions will focus on treatments that help clients gain insight, build skills, and make meaningful, lasting changes in their lives.

While therapy is structured and intentional, the space itself is designed to feel safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Clients often share that they feel comfortable bringing up sensitive or “sticky” topics, even when those conversations feel complicated. Together, we will focus on building resilience, strengthening coping skills, reducing unhelpful symptoms and creating strategies for navigating life’s transitions and challenges.
