Dr. Eber’s approach to care is most often informed by Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). She often also incorporates family systems and interpersonal approaches to care. Her style is warm, calm, and personable. She strives to create an open and non-judgmental environment where each client feels safe and comfortable talking with her.
